If you have activated the "Taxonomy Access Control" module before adding content to your site and deactivate the module after the content is published, this content is not accessible for anonymous users.

Trick to get the content accessible for anonymous users is first activate the Taxonomy Access Control again, then edit the content (without changing content) and publish it again.
